where can i get free traffic for my website?

i would like to get more traffic to my site and increase sales..
i found one good site which is free and did receive alot of traffic

1. Use social networking sites like Bebo Facebook and Twitter. Add people and join their groups so they can add you and so on.
2. Write articles about your site, and create a blog.
3. Make sure your site is on Google, Yahoo and Bing for SEO (search engine optimization)
4. Use free classifieds to advertise your business like www.sellit-right.com or www.craigslist.org or www.loot.com

I see you are using a traffic exchange site , clickertraffic.
There are also other traffic exchange sites that are very good.
EasyHits4u is probably the most popular traffic exchange on the net. It has 150,000 members right now.

The best way to get free internet traffic is through social networking sites like Youtube, Facebook and Twitter. This is where all the traffic is. Check out http://www.alexa.com and you’ll see what kind of traffic these sites get.

Another great way is to create a blog and write some articles.

As my experience many ways to get more traffic but one of the best way is SEO (Search Engine Optimization). U need to do SEO for UR website Traffic

Traffic exchanges are good but you also have to consider this, what good is getting a bunch of traffic to your website if your not making sales.

What you really want is free targeted traffic to your website which starts with good keyword research and good website optimization on and off-page.
